Active conscious breathing to bring you back to center.
What is breathwork?
This three stage active breathing meditation yields a transcendental experience removing emotional, physical and mental blockages. It is a technique that combines expansive breath, focused energy, deep relaxation and music.
We use this type of breathwork to come home to ourselves. To understand our essence and our truth. To tune in, listen up, and clear out the clutter. It is here that we can release traumas held in the body from a day or a decade ago. While each experience is different many leave feeling more relaxed, aligned and on purpose.
The magic is in you baby.
Testimonials
“Wow. That was beautiful. I’ve done shorter breath practices but never a full hour. That was transcendental. My hands, wrist and head were buzzing. My therapist has been encouraging me to talk to my father who passed when I was 13 and I never really knew how. But today I invited him in and my grandparents into my circle. Things moved through me. I could feel things in my belly gurgling and shifting. And I cried and released some things. I cannot than you enough. I will be in attendance every week that I can make it. You have a beautiful gift.”

“Wow, I have never experienced anything like that. Nor do I think I was prepared for it, it a good way. My whole body was buzzing for an hour after our session and clarity has been dropping in all week .”

“I cannot begin to express what a beautiful session that was. I started my meditation practice about 4 years ago. However, since having a child 2 months ago, I have struggled to find time to get back to my sacred space and I have been feeling completely like an imposter. Who am I to take care of this perfect little soul? I often find when I have not been meditating regularly and I begin a session, my intentions start out in one direction and fall into place by the middle and settle into my soul by the end of the session. All of that to say, that at the beginning I was just asking for space and by the end, the universe was reminding me that I am a goddess, that I am worthy of being the perfect mother to my son, and that I am enough and have enough. So, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know that the universe brought your post into my Instagram feed at the perfect time! ”
